Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager to lead one of our busiest departments, delivering excellent customer service and health guidance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage inventory, train staff, coordinate merchandising, and ensure safety compliance while helping customers understand vitamins and supplements to support their wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to give/take direction within a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin/HBA department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and superior customer service.
• Ensure customers receive knowledgeable guidance on vitamins, supplements, and related health items.
