Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Strong communication and ability to take and give direction within a team.
• Perform general housekeeping and adhere to safety and health regulations.
• Willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move objects with limited assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Help customers understand vitamins, supplements and health products without “prescribing”.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort deliveries and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
