Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties; or an education/experience combo.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Willingness to learn about new products and health topics.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform store duties as assigned.
• Adherence to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Mentor and motivate the Vitamin team to deliver excellent service and product knowledge.
• Guide customers on vitamins, health, and wellness products without prescribing.
• Recruiting, hiring, and developing vitamin staff.
