Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager in California to lead one of our busy Vitamin/HBA teams. You’ll guide product selection, inventory, and staff while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Responsibilities include managing ordering, merchandising, and ensuring safety standards, while mentoring staff and helping customers understand vitamins and wellness products. This role offers growth and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• 1 year vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and staff supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and service to customers.
• Ensure customers receive guidance on vitamins and health products without prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring Vitamin team members.
