You will oversee inventory, ordering, staff development, and compliance with safety guidelines, while helping customers understand vitamins and health products. This role emphasizes teamwork, education, and sustaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year vitamin/holistic experience with leadership duties or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks for extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
