Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of our busiest departments. You will guide the Vitamin team, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 18+, 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights and holidays. You will promote health education and safe store operations while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and have at least 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to give/take direction within a team.
• Maintain department housekeeping and adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance on vitamins and health products without prescribing.
