Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Vitamin Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead the vitamin department's sales and operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, coach associates, and manage inventory, promotions, and scheduling in collaboration with the Store Manager.

The role requires 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience with leadership, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have at least 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership experience.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to give and take direction.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and dust.
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Vitamin Department.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable information about supplements.
• Manage inventory control and ordering.
• Lead and coach team members with performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Ensure department meets sales, margin, and labor goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and present the best customer experience.
