Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the sales and operations of the Vitamin Department in a fast-paced retail environment. You will mentor team members, manage inventory, plan promotions, and partner with store leadership to achieve sales and service goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences for health-conscious shoppers in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with leadership experience in vitamin/health products.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to perform housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Willing to learn about new products and health alternatives.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable guidance on supplements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and health items.
• Order product and manage inventory control.
• Oversee sales and promotional events.
• Work to achieve sales, margin, expense and labor goals.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Store Manager on inventory based on sales reports.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Address team concerns and enforce corrective actions when needed.
• Adjust schedules and staffing levels for productivity.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to team.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and service.
• May serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty (MOD).
