The Amendments Coordinator at the State of Indiana oversees, coordinates, and executes activities related to the review, correction, and amendment of vital records to ensure compliance with state laws and agency policies. It supports staff, stakeholders, and the public in accessing accurate and legally recognized records.

The salary starts at 34,216.00 and may be commensurate with education and experience. A Compensation Calculator is available to view total compensation.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of the program area.
• Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its effects on other agency operations.
• Ability to gather and compile program materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process.
• Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Compile information relative to the assigned program area.
• Coordinate correspondence for information requests.
• Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
• Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services.
• Maintain and organize program assets.
• Prepare all program related training materials.
