Job summary

The State of Indiana, through the Indiana Department of Health, Vital Records Division, seeks an Outreach & Data Quality Supervisor to oversee vital records accuracy and compliance across birth, death, and fetal death registrations.

The role provides supervision to 2–3 outreach coordinators, manages data review workflows, and coordinates statewide training to ensure adherence to state and CDC requirements.
