You will explain laws and procedures, assist with adoptions, name and sex changes, and corrections, and handle inquiries via multiple channels with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience with records processing.
• An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to explain laws, rules, and procedures related to vital records amendments.

• Explain complex requirements and procedures to diverse audiences via phone, email, and written correspondence.
