The role oversees, coordinates, and executes amendments of vital records, ensuring compliance with state laws and agency policies while supporting staff, stakeholders, and the public in obtaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include compiling program information, coordinating information requests, maintaining files, organizing program reports, assets, and training materials.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of the program area.
• Basic knowledge of rules and regulations affecting the program area and other agency operations.
• Ability to gather and compile program materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process.
• Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and execute amendments of vital records.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, agency policies, and procedural standards.
• Support staff, stakeholders, and the public in accessing accurate records.
• Compile information relative to the assigned program area.
• Coordinate correspondence for information requests.
• Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
• Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services.
• Maintain and organize program assets.
• Prepare all program related training materials.
