Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to manage visual merchandising in designated zones, uphold company standards, and drive sales.

The role requires lifting and moving merchandise in a warehouse-format store, leading tasks and trainings, and ensuring engaging guest experiences through effective signage and displays. The Zone Lead reports to the Assistant Store Manager and collaborates on workload planning, freight handling, and maintaining visual integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift 50 lbs with team lift of 100 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising in designated zones while maintaining standards and sets that drive sales.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload with the Assistant Store Manager to meet goals.
• Assist with freight processes including receiving, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
• Coach and model visual merchandising best practices to the store team.
• Ensure clean, organized zones and accurate signing to reflect current promotions.
