The Zone Lead collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to plan transitions, manage workload, and support guest engagement while lifting store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Supports visual merchandising processes and maintains zones according to company standards.
• Plans and leads daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest experience goals.
• Participates in freight processing and stock organization.
• Ensures zones are neat, clean, and up-to-date with signing and sets.
• Assists in meetings and communicates visual priorities to the team.
