Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead for a full-time role in the store. The candidate will support merchandising across zones, uphold visual standards, and drive sales through effective displays and signage.

The Zone Lead will coach team members, manage daily work plans, and participate in freight and stock processes while ensuring a safe, ethical, and guest-focused environment. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Strong visual merchandising knowledge and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising processes and transitions to maintain store standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly tasks to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Handle freight processes and stock products in designated zones.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones with up-to-date signing and sets.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and inventory control while coaching the team.
• Model and coach visual merchandising techniques and priorities.
• Communicate daily priorities and training to team members.
• Review scorecard data and act within zones to improve metrics.
• Open availability including nights and weekends as required.
