Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) in the Glen Burnie area to uphold visual merchandising standards and drive sales. You will support the Assistant Store Manager in planning and executing merchandising transitions, ensuring signage, fixtures, and displays stay current and compelling for guests.

The role requires physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs solo and 100 lbs with a team, and availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible evenings, nights, weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising and maintain standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload with the AS Manager.
• Assist with freight, stocking, and end-cap upkeep.
• Ensure safety and store cleanliness in designated zones.
• Contribute to store sales goals and guest engagement.
• Lead by example and train teammates on visual priorities.
