Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
• Assist with freight processes and stocking in designated zones.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized zone with current signing and sets.
• Participate in meetings, coach team members, and promote ethical conduct and safety.
• Review store metrics from scorecards and act to improve them.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
