Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support merchandising in designated zones and uphold visual standards that drive sales. The role requires lifting, stock movement, and leading a team to ensure a neat, inviting store environment.

You will partner with the Assistant Store Manager to plan transitions, manage daily tasks, and reinforce in-store promotions. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal, written and comprehension skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, team lift 100 lbs, and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and maintain standards to drive sales.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, product changes and resets with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Schedule daily/weekly workload to meet merchandising and store goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock management in designated areas.
• Support store team for customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention.
• Act as a coach to teammates on visual merchandising best practices.
• Train and lead staff to create compelling visual moments for customers.
• Review scorecard data and work within zones to improve metrics.
• Maintain neat, up-to-date signing and visual sets in the zone.
• Perform other duties as needed and open availability for nights and weekends.
