• Manage daily/weekly workload to achieve sales and guest engagement goals.
• Support freight processes and stock maintenance in designated zones.
• Ensure neat, clean, organized zones with current signing and sets.
• Lead by example, coach staff on visual priorities and opportunities.
• Participate in regular team meetings.
