Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to support merchandising in designated zones, uphold visual standards, and drive sales through compelling in-store presentations. The role requires enthusiasm for lifting, moving around a warehouse-format store, and stocking while guiding team members in visual priorities.

The Zone Lead collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to plan transitions, manage daily tasks, and ensure a neat, engaging guest experience. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading visual merchandising transitions and resets.
• Maintain visual integrity and an organized, inviting store environment.
• Support daily/weekly workload planning to meet sales goals.
• Contribute to freight handling and stock organization in designated zones.
• Promote safety, ethics, and team collaboration during shifts.
• Coach teammates on visual priorities and promotions execution.
• Monitor store scorecard data and help improve zone metrics.
• Maintain current signage and sets; assist with open availability including nights/weekends.
