Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods and move merchandise safely.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes for the store with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Plan and lead transitions, resets, and product changes while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plan/explore daily/weekly workload; ensure tasks align with sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes and distribute stock within zones.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized zones and up-to-date signing and sets.
• Coach and develop team on visual priorities and guest experience.
• Review store scorecard data and help improve sales and expenses.
• Open availability to cover nights and weekends as needed.
