Job summary

The Zone Lead will participate in freight processes, stock placement, and signage maintenance, while coaching team members and upholding safety and ethical standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be available nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Strong teamwork and coaching ability.
• Ethical and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, and resets.
• Plan and lead daily/weekly workload with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Participate in freight processes and stock placement.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones and signage.
• Collaborate to improve guest experience and store metrics.
• Lead by example, coach team on visual priorities.
• Ensure safety and compliance in operations.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
