Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to drive sales through attractive product presentations and well-merchandised displays. You will lead the team in floor sets, signage, price changes, and stay aligned with planograms and brand standards.

The role collaborates with omni, operations, and selling teams to ensure merchandising and operational excellence, with an hourly schedule and monthly bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management is preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move objects, up to 50 lbs, and move equipment up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in product presentation and floor sets to meet directives.
• Signage, pricing changes, and maintaining visual standards.
• Assist with inbound deliveries to support product readiness.
• Execute sale sets and price changes with accurate signs and updates.
• Communicate daily goals and tasks; plan labor with forecasts.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning for associates.
• Foster a positive store culture and recognize team achievements.
• Provide excellent in-store customer service and stock replenishment support.
• Oversee omni and operations processes and ensure safety protocols.
