Job summary

The role oversees floor sets, signing, price changes, and efficient back-of-house organization, collaborating with omni, operations, and selling teams to meet store objectives.

Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of visual merchandising or retail management experience, strong ownership, and the ability to work Nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Ability to lead a team and manage store objectives.
• Familiarity with planograms, signing, and pricing updates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives and metrics.
• Lead team to execute product presentations per directives and brand standards.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and ensuring product readiness.
• Prepare signs and monitor daily promotional updates for accurate pricing.
• Plan labor with weekly leadership meetings and use company tools for labor hours.
• Adapt to changing forecasts and business needs with agility.
• Assist onboarding and encourage associate learning.
• Foster a positive store culture and recognize team achievements.
• Support in-store customer experience, stock replenishment, and store recovery.
• Lead omni and operations processes while following safety and security protocols.
