Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising for the Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills boutique to oversee all VM standards during operating hours and events. You will coordinate with the Visual Lead to implement and maintain VM guidelines, manage window installs, fixtures, and mannequins, and ensure consistency across selling floors.

Strong communication and collaboration with boutique teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art/fashion study.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar VM/display role, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and visual display concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of all VM standards within the boutique during hours and events.
• Supervise with Visual Lead the implementation of VM guidelines and window installs.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with VM Manager.
• Ensure windows and floors are merchandised per VM guidelines and document updates.
• Take and upload VM photos after floor/window changes to Dropbox per guidelines.
