CHANEL Beverly Hills seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to coordinate VM standards in the boutique during hours and events. You will supervise with the Visual Lead, implement guidelines, and ensure proper set-up of fixtures and mannequins. A strong focus on client experience and collaboration with boutique teams is essential.

You will photograph displays, maintain VM guidelines, and support movement of display elements. 2+ years in luxury VM preferred, with hybrid work options noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related field.
• 2+ years in a similar visual merchandising role, preferably luxury.
• Strong communication and collaboration with boutique teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate VM standards with Visual Lead during hours and events.
• Oversee window installs and fixture setup per VM guidelines.
• Communicate VM direction to ambassadors and boutique management.
• Document and photograph boutique displays per guidelines and upload to Dropbox.
• Move display elements and ensure regular merchandise for floor sets.
