Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising for the Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills location. You will oversee VM standards, coordinate with the Visual Lead, and ensure proper display setup and maintenance across windows and fixtures.

The role emphasizes independent project ownership and collaboration with boutique management to drive an exceptional client experience. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position with a minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or

Qualifications

• Oversee VM standards across the boutique and work with Visual Lead.
• Coordinate window installs and use of fixtures, mannequins, and selling tools.
• Ensure VM guidelines are followed between floor sets and launches.

Responsibilities

• Maintain windows and selling floors per VM guidelines.
• Take photographs of boutique after floor/window changes; upload to Dropbox.
• Communicate VM direction to ambassadors and boutique management.
• Lead special projects with minimal supervision and timely delivery.
