Job summary

CHANEL Beverly Hills is seeking a Specialist in Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards during boutique hours and events. You will supervise with the Visual Lead, ensuring window installations and fixtures align with guidelines, while coordinating with management to meet merchandise initiatives.

Role requires dedication to client experience, strong communication, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art/Fashion related study.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email, with knowledge of Digital photography.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of VM standards within the boutique during hours and events.
• Supervise VM direction with the Visual Lead and implement guidelines for windows, fixtures and mannequins.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets and launches.
• Photograph boutique after changes and upload to Dropbox per guidelines.
