Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to enhance guest experiences.

You will collaborate with store leadership, implement brand standards, manage merchandise changes, and deliver world-class service while adapting to store needs. Experience in retail and visual merchandising is preferred; strong teamwork and communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design or space planning.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent; training or degree in design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in line with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes as directed by campaigns.
• Engage with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training on brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
