Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to translate VM strategies into compelling in-store presentations at our Scottsdale location. You will drive product storytelling, signage, and mannequin styling while ensuring alignment with brand standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership, optimize guest experiences, and deliver a world-class shopping environment. A background in visual/fashion merchandising and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and placement for a world-class experience.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training related to brand standards and display techniques to teammates.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
