Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for our Long Beach location at 2nd & PCH. You will execute brand-aligned product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store campaigns to enhance guest experiences and drive sales.

The role involves collaborating with store leadership and adapting displays to store needs. The ideal candidate has 1 year in retail or sales, and familiarity with visual or fashion merchandising, design, or space planning.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent brand standards in product stories, placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal/weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs for a seamless experience.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques.
