lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist at City Point to execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements that optimize guest experiences. You will implement key product stories, placement strategies, and sell-through plans while managing on-floor changes and campaigns.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, continuous training, and a focus on inclusive, guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal/weekly changes as directed.
• Provide on-the-floor product education and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Offer direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
