Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute compelling product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Provide in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques.
