lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for Market Street to ensure VM strategies and standards are brought to life on the floor. You will style displays, manage product presentation, and support in-store marketing initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires collaboration with store leadership, attention to brand guidelines, and the ability to adapt quickly to seasonal campaigns and store needs. A strong eye for design and customer service is essential.

Formación

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience in visual/fashion merchandising or design.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store country.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a guest-centric experience.
• Execute VM changes including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and weekly merchandise updates.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel initiatives.
