Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing that elevates the guest experience. You will manage merchandise changes, display setup, and mannequin styling while aligning with brand standards and adapting to store needs.

Requirements include 1 year of retail or sales experience and education/experience in visual merchandising or related design fields.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, design, or space planning.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or training in design or related field.
• Experience in retail product merchandising or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Ensure brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a guest-centric experience.
• Execute strong product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips: window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and connect omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback on brand standards and visual techniques to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
