Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation and styling to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, signage/label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and display techniques to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
