Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist in Houston Premium Outlets to translate VM strategies into compelling product presentations and mannequin styling on the sales floor. You will drive in-store marketing, implement seasonally driven campaigns, and optimize guest navigation to maximize sell-through.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• Bi-lingual or other languages not specified in ad are not required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute brand standards in product stories and store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Provide product education to guests and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Train team members on brand standards and visual display techniques.
