You will manage product storytelling, display, and in-store marketing elements aligned with company standards while adapting to store needs.

The role requires 1 year of retail or sales experience and exposure to visual merchandising or related fields; travel to the assigned store is minimal.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to staff.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
