Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to implement in-store VM strategies, styling, and marketing elements that elevate guest experiences. You will manage product presentation, stories, and mannequin styling in line with brand standards across the store.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and familiarity with visual merchandising concepts. A flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field.
• Experience in retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management.
• For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-spot training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
