lululemon in Houston seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company VM strategies to life on the floor, styling products and updating displays to support campaigns and product stories. You will optimize guest experiences with brand-aligned presentation and ensure smooth transitions between stories and seasons.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, train team members on standards, and help deliver a world-class in-store experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in key product stories and product placement for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates for campaigns.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
