The role involves collaborating with store leadership, executing VM flips, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes while educating teammates to uphold visual integrity and inclusive service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Knowledge of brand standards and guest experience expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories, product placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation for a world-class, guest-centric experience.
