Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring the store upholds AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivers strong guest experiences.

You will execute Floorsets, implement marketing and merchandising updates, and maintain replenishment to keep the store guest-ready every day. You’ll lead and coach the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to optimize opportunities while ensuring

Responsibilities

You support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
Lead Floorset execution through training, coaching, and setting productivity goals across display areas.
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in optimal shape.
Foster teamwork and ensure store standards are maintained to support guest experience.
Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins, keeping safety and policy adherence a priority.
