Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring the store upholds AEO Brand Visual Standards and is guest-ready through replenishment and timely merchandising updates.

You’ll drive Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a high standard of visual storytelling and guest experience across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience driving floorset execution and merchandising updates.
• Ability to train and coach the floorset team.
• Focus on guest experience and brand visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment as part of visual standards.
