Job summary

H&M in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Visual Keyholder to lead in-store presentations and inspire the team. You will implement the Visual Identity, drive sales, and ensure campaigns are executed on time while maintaining brand standards.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires fashion knowledge, strong customer service, and a willingness to work nights and weekends. You’ll train colleagues, monitor floor flow, and support management to deliver a premier shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcomed
• Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities and execute floor moves.
• Support the store to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain the Visual Identity and ensure consistency with the Commercial Handbook.
• Lead and participate in campaigns and in-store activities to drive sales.
