Job summary

H&M in Indianapolis is seeking a Visual Keyholder to lead in-store presentation and customer experience. You will coach the team to deliver the brand’s visual identity and drive sales through compelling window and floor displays.

The role emphasizes fashion knowledge, direct and indirect customer service, and collaboration with the Department Manager on commercial opportunities. Prior keyholder experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor and Windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities with the Department Manager.
• Execute floor moves based on joint discussions.
• Ensure you are up to date with current fashion trends and educate the team on seasonal campaigns.
• Meet customer expectations on direct service and support the store in delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store to reflect the Visual Identity.
• Follow up on store KPIs and act to reach store goals and budgets.
• Complete morning routines and sample picking to prepare the sales floor.
• Keep visual props and marketing materials organized and up to date with sustainability in mind.
