lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, shaping product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements that enhance the guest experience.

You will partner with store leadership, execute window activations, manage changes, and train teammates while reflecting inclusive, brand standards. This role requires retail experience and an eye for color theory and display composition.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent; training or degree in design or related field.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards and product stories.
• Execute product presentation and mannequin styling to drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and display techniques.
