Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader at The Westchester in New York to drive Floorset execution and visual standard compliance across the store. You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and ensure the guest experience remains top priority.

You will champion a culture of recognition, maintain store safety, and support shrink-reduction initiatives while delivering compelling merchandising updates and timely floor changes.

• Experience in replenishment and day-to-day merchandising management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by leading training and coaching.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across merchandising and displays.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment activities.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in guiding store visual standards and processes.
• Prioritize guest experience and celebrate team wins while maintaining a positive culture.
