Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader in West Nyack, NY to support Floorset execution and maintain Brand Visual Standards across the store. You’ll train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and drive merchandising updates to keep the guest experience top-notch.

You’ll work closely with the Merchandising Team Leader to optimize in-store presentation, stock levels, and product placement while fostering a collaborative, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and Floorset execution, training and coaching, replenishment, and driving guest-facing excellence.
• Attention to detail and passion for visual standards.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and merchandising updates to reflect AEO Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals and ensure in-store execution.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Foster teamwork to maintain standards and celebrate wins with the team.
• Prioritize guest experience and adhere to store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
