Job summary

You will plan events, manage planograms, signage, and floor layouts; maintain visual collateral and inventory accuracy; and coach teammates to boost performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising directives, installations, and floor setups for events and campaigns.
• Create visual impact through displays, lighting, mannequins, and strategic placement; perform daily maintenance of visuals.
• Maintain organization of visual collateral, signage, fixtures, and supplies; ensure accuracy of inbound components.
• Communicate daily objectives and key tasks; coach teammates to improve store results.
• Participate in weekly leadership planning; use planograms and manifests to determine tasks.
• Support inventory accuracy and product protection procedures; promote asset protection and safety.
• Enhance team performance by onboarding and teaching opportunities; foster engagement and a positive store culture.
• Support in-store customer experience through service, stock replenishment, and timely store recovery.
