Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Visual Merchandising or Retail Management experience.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and use ladders or raised platforms.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with Windows-based devices and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and key metrics.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising directives, installations, and floor setups for events.
• Create visual impact with displays, lighting, mannequins, and strategic placement.
• Maintain organization of visual collateral, signage, and fixtures.
• Communicate daily objectives and support team knowledge growth.
• Participate in leadership planning and use planograms to guide tasks.
• Support inventory accuracy and product protection procedures.
• Assist onboarding and coach associates to improve performance.
• Foster a positive store culture and engage with the team and customers.
